Interstate Federal Credit Union offers a variety of services to our members. If you are in need of a particular service that is not mentioned here, please call the credit union to see if that service is available.
If we do not offer a service you need, you can send us a request and we will evaluate the benefit of offering that service to all of our members.
DIRECT DEPOSIT Direct deposit from any employer who offers ACH deposits can be accepted to your account(s) at Interstate Federal credit union.
Payroll deductions are also a convenient way to make regular deposits to your credit union accounts.
Contact your employer to see if they offer these convenient services.
PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS Payroll deductions are available from many employers and can be used to deposit funds to your savings, checking or Holiday Club account.
Payroll deduction is also a convenient way to make your loan payments. Ask your employer about payroll deductions or for more information, call the credit union.
AUDIO RESPONSE Interstate Federal Credit Union offers our members access to their account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through our "AccountLine" Audio Response system.
Once you sign up for this service and choose an access code, you can call anytime to check your account balance, verify what checks have cleared your account or to request a check withdrawal from your account to be mailed to your home address.
To call "AccountLine" just dial (714)758-3410. When the system answers, follow the easy prompts to access your account.
NOTARY SERVICES Notary service is available to all members during normal business hours. Please call ahead to be sure the Notary is available.
The credit union does not generally charge a fee for notarizations, however a fee of $10.00 per signature may be charged for an excessive number of documents being notorized.
